Blumenau- is a model train layout in the famous Noch aluminum suit-case, summer landscape, 50 x 37 cm (20 x 15 in). This layout is in our well known high-quality expanded polystyrene technology. The route passes through not only over the mountain but also through the mountain in a tunneled system. Blumenau possesses a high-quality electronic automatic controller, which is characterized through great slow handling characteristics and a small power input and an integrated transformer and/or battery box. Because of the radii of the smaller suit-cases model course the railroad cars should not be longer than 8.5 cm.. Likewise no locomotives with more than 4 axles (2 rotary stands) should be used. Locomotives with forerunners are inclined to derailing.

The layout is ready assembled with pictured background. It includes a speed regulator powered by battery or transformer (not included). Layout does not come with trains.

With this impressing small finished model we retained our typical model engineering character.
The flying wheel is a cast iron part and not a CNC-lathed disk.
All brilliant parts are high-class gilded, i.e. they won't tarnish.
The parts will stay brilliant even after 20 years.

We also retained our WIGGERS-RED as the basic colour.

Heating cylinder and displacer consist of a heat-resistant glass of excellent quality. The wick of the burner is made of fibreglass. The operating piston and the bearings consist of self-lubricating material.
The model is mounted on an oiled wooden plate (70 x 160 mm) made of Abachi-wood. It is heated by normal spirit. The total height is 80 mm.

The smallest current production unit from Mamod. The 1332 is a powerful little engine capable of driving a couple of accessories at one time.
Standard features include a solid brass boiler and piston/cylinder assembly, water gauge glass, and a chrome plated fire box. This model offers the beginner an excellent overview of live steam.

Included solid fuel, filler funnel, and steam cylinder oil.
