Wilesco D 21 toy steam engine layout. Includes Wilesco D 21 Steam Engine, M 50 Transmission, 3 M 55 Transmissions, M 88 Pump on the Green, M 78 Ferris Wheel, M 77 Boat Swing, M 84 Nostalgic Roundabout, M 85 Organ Grinder, M 98 Praxinoscope (no longer available), M 69/3 Wheel of Life Blue-Yellow. Options include Ceramic Burner with Butane Tank. The burner adaptation is recommended to turbo charge the engine. There are seven tin toys and three transmissions demanding a lot of performance from the engine. The extra heat that the butane flame delivers helps to make sure everything will run.

The layout is installed on a stained and lacquered board that has a trim boarder. The belts are rubber O rings that are cut to size. The standard Wilesco spring belts don't work in this application because of the torque demand.

Gas Refill Adapter - To fill Refillable Gas Tank with Butane Propane mix such as Primus camping fuel (cheaper than the butane cigarette lighter refill bottles). Note this adapter is not needed if a butane lighter refill bottle is used.

Holder to fit small butane gas tank.

Rubber Cord 2.4 mm for use with steam driven toys. Use this belt finplace of the slippery steel bands. Cut to any length then weld together. Will not come apart like Wilesco belts, crips 5 times better than Wilesco Belts. These belts enable you to transfer the full power from your steam engine.

Sold in 1 foot increments.

Esbit fuel tablets differ from most other solid fuel tablets in that they are non-toxic and completely consume themselves when burned. Most other fuel tablets leave a toxic residue behind. The manufacturer states that Esbit fuel tabs can be safely burned inside a properly ventilated room. They are very small and extremely light weight. They burn for about 15 minutes and are a great toy steam engine fuel.

Sold by the box. One box contains 20 tablets 4 grams each. Shown in picture is one CASE of esbit which contains 36 boxes.

Valvata J has excellent film strength. Viscosity Grade 460. Developed by Shell for the sole purpose of lubricating steam cylinders in the presence of wet steam.
