Steam ahead to new adventures! Tucher and Walther create magic for steaming enthusiasts with their own steam invention based on Jules Verne's novel, FROM THE EARTH TO THE MOON. In 1902, VOYAGE TO THE MOON (VOYAGE DANS LA LUNE) was the big screen's first science fiction story in which a group of explorers go to the moon. Only 14 minutes in length, the silent sci-fi film fantasy by French film pioneer George Melies became a classic, appealing to scientists and adventurers alike.

Robot Space Man - steam powered.

When you think that Mr. Tucher has created everything possible powered by steam he does it again. A live steam powered robot! The antenna rotates and the robot moves across the floor all on live steam power. The steam is exhausted through the pipe coming out of the robots mouth. The back pack is the boiler and the steam engine is fitted inside the body. What a site to see in operation. Two AA batteries light the flashing LED eyes.
